(Ref: 381)A stunning Antique Oak open front bookcase, probably Welsh as it has two hand carved Dragon head terminals and foliated carving below. It stands on a plinth base.
It has two adjustable shelves and is complete with original wooden stoppers.
On the back it bears the label of Edwards and Roberts, a name synonymous with high quality furniture, a leading cabinet maker in England in the 19th Century. Also known for adapting and restoring furniture of high quality that they felt was worthy of bearing their name.
