French Clock - Ebonised with pearl and gilt inlay decoration.  Barley twist columns connected with gilt squares at the top and bottom.

Beautiful antique dome with ebonised base.

This clock is working but I am not going to guarantee that it keeps 'perfect' time - it's old and it has its own little struggles.....the pendulum is adjustable for speed. It chimes and the chime is very light and subtle.

It comes with the original key.  As with any old clock we cannot guarantee the workings - we can only say that it is working.  Old clocks do not enjoy being moved and they must be on an entirely flat surface to be able to tick away nicely.

Highly decorative, stunning peice.
