A Staffordshire flatback spill vase featuring a male and female each holding a different musical instrument. The male a Triangle and the female a tambourine.
They lean against a tree which forms the spill vase. Between them is a goat.
Condition is excellent - no chips or cracks.
On the base is a sticker 'Amm 353'. This peice is part of the collection of Antonia Mitchell - a lifelong, very knowledgable collector of early ceramics. Sadly she has had to move into smaller accommodation. We have purchased many peices from her collection and she has kindly gifted many of her books.
